Man Killed After Disagreement Over Boat

Traffic Changes In Effect For State Funeral

There will be several traffic changes and restrictions to facilitate the procession of the body for public viewing for late President George Maxwell Richards.

This will mean that during specific hours on Monday and Tuesday motorists and pedestrians alike will have to take different routes within the city of Port of Spain.
