Basketball: Police Closer To Big 6

National Basketball Champions, Police, beat Prisons last evening at the Jean Pierre Sports Complex in an important game for both teams.

TTCB Awards 2017

Shannon Gabriel and Marissa Agullera were named International Cricketers of the Year at the TTCB awards Saturday evening, while Queens Park Cricket Club copped the prize for the Premiership Club of the Year.

Morvant Caledonia United defeated MIC-IT St Ann's Rangers by three goals to nil on the penultimate day of competition in the 2017 edition of the TT Pro-League at the Hasely Crawford Stadium.

In a game that saw a host of chances wasted by both teams, it was the Eastern Stallions that came out on top.

Set Sail In A Cakewalk

Set Sail destroyed a quality field, out at Santa Rosa Park on Saturday to take the Grade 2 TT Breeders Classic for native three-year-olds.

The battle for second place in the TT Pro League is more or less sewn up by W Connection who gained three valuable points after a tense battle with former champions, Central FC.
