South-East 20/20 Final on June 4

SOUTH-EAST Zone is rounding off its 2016 season with two important fixtures, one of which will the crowning of their 20/20 champions.

The proposed date for the anxiously-awaited championship match between Kildeer and Biche has been tentatively slated for Saturday, June 4 from 6.30 pm at Sancho Recreation Ground, St Julien Village in Princes Town.

And according to South-East Zone official Ian Lalla, the third place play-off between Christian Conquerors and Blended will be staged, prior to the final, from 2 pm on the same ground.

Also it was announced by the zone that this weekend’s three-day league encounter   between Christian Conquerors and Sancho will now be played at Sancho Recreation Ground and not Warwell as previously advertised.

This clash will start on Sunday (May 22).
