TT Ladies To Face Cuba In Opening Match Of CONCACAF Caribbean Final Round Match

Trinidad and Tobago's Senior Women footballers will face off with Cuba on August 25th in Kingston, Jamaica, in their opening match of the CONCACAF Caribbean Final Round.

CONCACAF announced Jamaica as the hosts of the Final Group F, which will also see T&T facing Antigua on August 29th, Jamaica two days later, and Bermuda on September 2nd.

The Final Round, to be disputed among the five first-round group winners, Antigua & Barbuda, Bermuda, Cuba, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago, in a round-robin format, will qualify three Caribbean teams to the 2018 CONCACAF Women's Championship in the United States from October 4th-17th in North Carolina and two venues in Texas.

Meanwhile, Trinidad and Tobago’s Under-20 male footballers will be a part of the new format of the CONCACAF Under-20 Tournament from November 1st-21st in Bradenton, Florida, where they will also be exposed to CONCACAF Development Programmes.

Each of the six group winners will advance to the Second Round which will be divided into two Groups to determine the winners to meet in the Final.
