With less than a week to go before kick off, the Trinidad and Tobago National Rugby team is primed and ready for the Bermuda challenge that awaits them on Saturday as they kick off the Rugby Americas North Championships.

The game is expected to be another keenly contested affair between the two nations, as obtained in the past, but the new venue at St Anthony's College ground in Westmoorings should give the locals a decisive edge.

New to rugby the field in Westmoorings could prove a bit of a challenge to the foreigners, in fact, that's what the local camp is anticipating, as they seek a winning start to this year's campaign.

Under new coach Kyle Wynyard, the team will continue to fine tune at the President's Ground in St Ann's, where they have been putting in the hard yards in recent months leading up to this weekend's encounter.

Kick off is set for 4pm.
