Emile Abraham Cops Bronze At UCI Masters World Track Cycling Championships

Former National Road Champion Emile Abraham continued his recent good form on the bike by achieving a podium finish over in Los Angeles, USA, at the UCI Masters World Track Cycling Championships.

Abraham, who is coming off some creditable performances at both the Tobago International Cycle Classic and the Cycling On The Avenue events, returned to the track to snatch Bronze in the Points Race in Los Angeles.

Riding in the 40-44 age group category, Abraham amassed a total of 19 points for the Bronze Medal - two points shy of Silver Medallist Jonathan Harris of Great Britain.

The American Jeromy Cottell snatched Gold with a total of 24 points, despite crossing the line 10th overall.
