Hartwell Back To Boost Cycling

Local cycling is set for a major spike with the return to T&T of former speed merchant Erin Hartwell as Technical Director.

He was unveiled on Thursday and said he was very excited to be back and has some clear plans on how he wanted to approach his work, especially given the spanking new Velodrome which will drive everything he does.
