Republic Day Cycling Classic

The Republic Day Cycling Classic has a new location as this year's race has been moved to the Diego Martin highway from seven in the morning.

This year course is two kilometres long and will attract top local cyclist and some from the region and beyond.

Promoter Michael Phillips says the change in course also highlights the need for the continuation of their keep moving series along the same route.

Joshua Alexander, formerly team foundation, will be among those competing and says this 30 lap event will serve as a good warm-up for the Tobago Cycle Classic.
