Parkites Retain 50-Overs Title

The mammoth 344/4, total Merry Boys posted batting first in the 50-overs Final down at the National Cricket Centre in Couva proved not to be enough for the Queen’s Park Cricket Club.

The score, which would have demoralised many teams, proved insufficient against the powerful Parkites' batting line-up, which cruised home for a four-wicket win, thanks to an unbeaten 92 from Yannic Cariah and a superb 144 from opener Tion Webster.
