There is a 60% (medium) chance that there will be a change in the upper level trough position, resulting in an increase in rainfall over the next 18 to 24 hours.

October 25th, 2017 Kent House, Maraval –Over the past few days, a number of communities across Trinidad have been experiencing severe flooding due to heavy rainfalls. Some of the low-lying areas that were significantly affected include Piarco, Carapo, Dow Village, Barrackpore, Woodland, Penal, Princes Town, Moruga, Mafeking and the Mayaro/Manzanilla region.
