Questions On Payment To School Contractors

MP for Naparima Rodney Charles has sought to find out about the status of money owed to contractors involved in projects with the Ministry of Education.

A reduction in the allocation for security in schools has one MP concerned about the safety of the nation's students, given the instances of school violence.

Lifeguards want to be returned under the care of the Ministry of Local Government as they are unhappy under the Ministry of National Security.
