Services affected at TSTT Call Centre Operations

Port of Spain, Trinidad, October 19, 2016: TSTT wishes to advise that due to technical problems at its external Call Centre support vendor, calls to 824-8788 for Landline, Broadband, IPTV and Security services, calls to 6411 for Directory Assistance and calls to STAR-100 (*100) for Mobile services, are currently experiencing significant delays in getting through to an agent.

 

The Company apologises for any inconvenience and is working with its vendor to have this issue resolved in the shortest possible time.

TSTT will provide updates as more information becomes available and advises that customers can still obtain product and services information via its bmobile website or social media pages. Additionally, customers may use the TnT Yellow Pages App to obtain contact information for business and residential customers.
