The Water and Sewerage Authority is advising road users and members of the general public of traffic restrictions along the Priority Bus Route, St. Joseph on Saturday 15th October 2016 between the hours of 8:00p.m. and 4:00a.m.

The authority says this has become necessary in order to carry out pipe-laying works associated with the installation of a 400 millimetre diameter pipeline along Abercromby Street, from Freeman Street to the Valsayn Waterworks.

Traffic along the PBR going in a westerly direction will be diverted to the Eastern Main Road (EMR) from Curepe Junction. Traffic going in an easterly direction will be diverted to the EMR from Farm Road, St. Joseph.

Motorists are asked to pay close attention to the traffic signs, proceed with caution in the vicinity of the jobsite and observe the instructions of police officers on duty.
