The Honourable Faris Al-Rawi MP, Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs was paid a courtesy call by Mr. Tomas Bermudez, Country Representative Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and Mr. Robin Rajack, Lead Specialist – Housing and Urban Development, Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) at the Ministry of the Attorney General and Legal Affairs, AGLA Tower, Government Campus Plaza, Corner London and Richmond Streets, Port of Spain on Wednesday 19th April 2017.

The National Clean-Up Campaign’s next stop is the region of Sangre Grande. On Saturday 22nd April, 2017 clean-up exercises will commence after a brief launch ceremony at the Administration Building on Ramdass Street, Sangre Grande at 8:00am.

Thousands of public servants turned out to work today ensuring their desks were manned and their offices operated effectively. There were no reports of any concern.

Port-of-Spain, April 7, 2017: The Ministry of Health wishes to assure the public that the Board of Management of the Children’s Life Fund Authority, and by extension the Ministry of Health, treats all applications for a grant of funding from the Children’s Life Fund with urgency, sensitivity and fairness in accordance with the existing legal framework.
