He said, “I want to assure that everything is in place for the exams. There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. I have spoken to the Minister of National Security and he has assured me that everything is in place to make sure that our children are able to write the exams without any disruption or fear in their minds.”

Police safely remove explosive device

Members of the Explosive Detection and Disposal Unit of Special Branch, Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, had to be called in to safely remove a hand grenade discovered by police along the beach front Carli Bay, Couva, at around 10:45am today, Tuesday 31st May, 2016.
