Remembering Prince Bartholomew

The cricket fraternity is still mourning the passing of national cricket standout and captain, the fast bowler Prince Bartholomew.

Local fitness enthusiast Jenna DeLeon did us proud in Brazil last weekend competing among some of the best in the world of body-building and fitness.

Cricket fans, the wait is almost over as the Brian Lara Cricket Academy is almost ready with the final tests and checks being done to have it fully compliant and operational for the May 12th gala event which will be launched by the man whose name it bears, alongside a host of international stars.

Attorneys representing gymnast Thema Willams believe the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee has questions to answer following the decision not to allow their client to compete in a test event in Rio last year.

Lots of sunshine still likely across Trinidad and Tobago, though some clouds and a few showers are expected later into Thursday and Friday. Ean Wallace has the weather outlook.
