FFOS: Government Cannot Defy Our Law

Outrage on Friday from Fishermen and Friends of the Sea over the continued bulldozing of the Aripo Savannas by the Ministry of Works after an injunction was served on them.

Parents and students of Ramai Trace Hindu School once again staged a protest calling on the Ministry of Education to complete their Debe school.

The parents say for the past two years, the students have been seeking accommodation at the Hanuman Milan Hindu Temple in Penal, while their school is 90% completed

They maintain that the conditions at the temple are not suitable for learning.

The school is named after Parliamentarian Dr. Roodal Moonilal.

Speaking to the media, Dr. Moonilal said protest action will continue until the needs of the students are met.
