Distressing Period For Petrotrin Workers, But Economist Said Union Partly To Blame

One Economist believes the trade union representing soon-to-be-retrenched workers at the Petrotrin Refinery could have done things differently.

Dr. Roger Hosein described the closure of the Refinery as a defining moment for the State-owned oil company.
