Title Abstractors Vex - Not Enough Computers And Resources To Do Their Job

The Title Abstractors Association of Trinidad and Tobago says employees of the Land Registry Department at the Ministry of Legal Affairs do not have sufficient resources to carry out their duties.

The Title Abstractors, or Search Clerks, say they have been experiencing deplorable working conditions which have resulted in members of the public having to wait for long periods for transactions to be completed.

The Association hosted a Media Conference on Friday to highlight their concerns.
