The 13th edition of the Film Festival is just around the corner and organiser, Dr. Bruce Paddington, is saying this year may top last year.

The feature film opening the festival is 'Hero' - a story honouring the late Ulric Cross, one of hundreds of nationals who joined the Royal Air Force as a pilot and flew in World War II, and later became a renowned Trinidad and Tobago jurist and diplomat.

The film, created by Executive Producer Anne-Marie Stewart, is produced and directed by Frances-Anne Solomon. Lisa Wickham, Executive Producer, says the project was an evolving one.

Dr. Paddington reiterated that this year the Festival will be a wonderful display of films from Trinidad and Tobago and the region.
