Education Minister On Sex Education In Schools

The government continues to teach elements of sexual education in the primary and secondary school curriculum, this from Minister of Education Anthony Garcia.  

Responding to questions raised by the Member for Oropouche West on whether there is a Sex Education Programme for students. Minister Garcia revealed that there has been a decline in reports of sexual activities in the classroom.

The minister also broke down what is being taught about sex at primary school and at the secondary school level.
