Stop Dumping Garbage In Watercourses

The Tunapuna Piarco Regional Corporation says it's just about ready to address flooding or any other natural disaster that may occur this Rainy Season.

However, Chairman Paul Leacock is asking burgesses to stop the illegal dumping of garbage, as well as building over drains and watercourses, which add to the flooding problem.

Cherrylene Lewis spoke to Mr. Leacock and Councillors Martin Gonzales and Jlynn Roopnarine and brought back this report.
