Preparing Youth For The World Of Work

Preparation for the world of work is essential for today's youth, and CEO of The Institute of Finishing Elements, Catherine Gordon, saw the need for taking on the challenge and working to help youths present a professional face to employers.

She says she is in the business of developing human beings and began at the level of university.

Her work is designed to take care of the complaints of employers by creating a three-day programme to take youths from the classroom to the boardroom, equipped to face the world of work.
