Homework Centre Opened To Benefit Children In The Belmont Area

One private citizen of Belmont has taken a decision to start a homework centre to benefit children of the area.   

Their parents may not have the funds to send them to private lessons as well as to implement something positive in the area, which has been given a negative image in recent times.
