On Thursday 16th May, street vending returns to Charlotte street.

But with this comes a warning from Port-of-Spain Mayor Joel Martinez for vendors to adhere to the rules of the programme and the public health guidelines.

He says this is in keeping with the Municipal Corporation's Act.

According to the mayor as of 4 pm on Wednesday 16th, 3 vendors have signed on to return.
