Health Minister Expresses Concern About The CDAP Programme

Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh is not pleased that patients are not receiving drugs from the pharmacies at the nation's hospitals when the government is spending millions of dollars on the CDAP Programme.

Speaking at the "National Symposium on Strengthening Primary Health Care Towards Enhancing the Health System in Response to NCD's", at Hilton Trinidad, the Health Minister said it is costing the government more to dispense the drugs than to actually buy them.
