Ambiguous Terms In Anti Terrorism Bill - TTPS Seeks Clarification On "Threats" & "Terrorist Act"

The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is seeking clarification on some terms mentioned in the Anti Terrorism Amendment Bill which seem ambiguous.

Acting Commissioner of Police, Stephen Williams, and some members of the TTPS sought to get the terms "threats" and "terrorist act" clarified for their better understanding of the legislation.

They made the recommendations at the Joint Select Committee (JSC) on the amendments to the Bill.
