Minister of Public Utilities, Robert Le Hunte, says there's need for a paradigm shift in our attitudes, conversations, and the quality of service we offer.

The Minister delivered the feature address at a Leadership Breakfast hosted by the National Association for Administrative Professionals on Monday.
