Wendy Welcomes New President

Reviews and accolades continue to pour in for President Paula-Mae Weekes who took the oath of office on Monday.

Speaking on Good Morning Trinidad and Tobago, Attorney-at-Law and Miss Universe 1998, Wendy Fitzwilliam, said we have chosen well.

She said having been in the legal profession her entire career, President Weekes is a well respected judge in T&T and internationally.

The Attorney noted that even though the former judge is often regarded as a stern woman, she is also very compassionate.

She adds that President Weekes can only be effective with the support of her charges, the citizens T&T, so she urges support of President Weekes not only with words, but also action.
