THA Secretary of Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment, Kwesi Des Vignes, has signaled his displeasure over the delay in completing the Lambeau Bridge.

The bridge was expected to be completed this month.

At a recent Press Conference on infrastructure matters in Tobago, Mr. Des Vignes explained why the project won't be completed within the stipulated time of 13 months.

He said he's awaiting a report from the Consultants on the project, after which he'll determine the Division's next move.

The project was estimated to cost the THA $18.6 million.
