Monday's protests by residents of East Port of Spain is reflective of why this country needs to have proper Anti-Gang legislation.

So says Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Stuart Young.

Minister Young was speaking during this afternoon's sitting of the Senate.

He thanked the Protective Services for their quick response to Monday's unrest.
