Scavenger Found Murdered At Forres Park Dump

Police are investigating the circumstances that led to the death of a man found at the Forres Park Landfill in Claxton Bay on Wednesday.

They have identified him as 28 year old Vijay Ramjattan.

He was found with his throat slit and his body bore other marks of violence.

He was known as a scavenger at the dump.

Attempts are being made to retrieve footage from surveillance cameras in the area.
