Acting Commissioner of Police Steven Williams Is Satisfied With The Safety For Carnival

The responsibility lies with the citizens and not only the police to keep a safe carnival.

This was the view of Acting Commissioner of Police Steven Williams, during his walk about through the streets of Port Of Spain on Carnival Tuesday.

The commissioner engaged in a walkabout with Minister of National Security Edmund Dillon and Chief of Defence Staff Commodore Hayden Pritchard. Ian Wason has more.
