Acting Commissioner of Police Steven Williams Is Satisfied With The Safety For Carnival

The responsibility lies with the citizens and not only the police to keep a safe carnival.

This was the view of Acting Commissioner of Police Steven Williams, during his walk about through the streets of Port Of Spain on Carnival Tuesday.
