Bloody Carnival Monday - Teen Among Three Killed

Police were kept busy on Carnival Monday with a number of incidents occurring across the country, including investigating three murders in Trinidad.

In one incident, Victor Nimblette was shot 12 times about the body and died upon arrival at the Port of Spain General Hospital. He lived at Poinsetta Drive in Morvant.

In the second incident, 17 year old Reshan Singh was stabbed to death at Factory Road in Chaguanas. Three men have since been detained in connection with his killing.

Police in South Trinidad are also investigating a murder in San Fernando where 21 year old Keon Jack was shot dead at Park Street around 9am.

Separately, officers are investigating a shooting which occurred in front the Longdenville Police Post.

Keston 'Big Shane' Lawrence is being treated at hospital for gunshot wounds sustained in the attack.
