Watson Duke Gives PNM Grade "Z" In Tobago

It's been one year since the PNM was elected back into office in Tobago under the leadership of Kelvin Charles.

But THA Minority Leader, Watson Duke, says the island isn't better off when compared to how things were in 2016.

Speaking at the Weekly Minority Briefing, Mr. Duke gave the PNM-led THA a Grade "Z" on performance.
