Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley says the time to talk is done, and this country must put some action to the words that come out of what he calls numerous consultations and seek to capitalise on 2018's economic resurgence.

He told the Joint Consultative Council that most armchair politicians know, and have no problem saying what should be done in this country.

He said the country faces an even bigger problem than just knowing what should be done.
