Gov't Seeking To Regularise Quarrying Industry

Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has announced the re-establishment of a Ministerial Committee for the Construction Industry.

He made the announcement while speaking at a Breakfast Meeting of the Joint Consultative Council on Tuesday.

Dr. Rowley said the grouping should be in place before the end of the month.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Rowley said this country is seeking to become self sufficient when it comes to building materials for large scale infrastructural projects.
