New Criminal Procedure Rules

The new rules of criminal procedure were up for discussion by the legal confraternity at the start of this week.

The new policy has introduced sanctions for accused persons who do not disclose their defences at the start of their criminal cases.

This new guideline was seen as possessing good qualities but was also strongly questioned.
