CTTRC: Infrastructure Works Stalled As Releases From Central Gov’t Have Not Been Forthcoming

The Couva/ Tabaquite/ Talparo Regional Corporation says infrastructure works have been stalled as releases from Central Government, Budget Division have not been forthcoming for this fiscal year.

In a statement the CTTRC said at present repairs to roads, drainage projects and land slips coming out of the devastating Divali week floods in November are being greatly affected due to lack of funding for the purchasing of materials.
