Weapons, Ammunition and Marijuana Seized In Marabella

Police have seized several guns and ammunition following an exercise in Marabella.

Officers, acting on information, went to an abandoned structure at Purcell Street, Mt. Moriah, Vistabella where they found six guns, eight ammunition magazines, one silencer and over 500 assorted rounds of ammunition, including 9mm and 12-gauge.

They also found 12.5 kilogrammes of marijuana.

No arrests were made in connection with the discovery.
