POA President Ceron Richards To Resume Prison Duties

President of the Prisons Officers Association, Ceron Richards, is free to return to duty after his suspension was lifted in the High Court on Friday.

Justice Ricky Rahim ruled that the suspension be lifted.

Richards had been suspended in September of last year in relation to an investigation into the disappearance of his licensed firearm.

The gun was reportedly stolen during a home invasion in March last year.
