Minister Young Defends Appointment Of TT Ambassador To The United Nations

Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Stuart Young, has come to the defense of the appointment of Makeda Antoine as Permanent Representative of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.

He pointed out that criticisms of her appointment were without merit, as many previous Ambassadors, appointed by previous Governments, had even less international experience.
