Motorcyclist Killed In Highway Accident

One man is dead following an accident along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway on Wednesday night.

Stephan Mc Millan was killed when his motorcycle slammed into the back of a car near the Orange Grove intersection.

According to the police report, a man was driving his car in the centre lane on the Westbound side of the Highway when he saw a motorcycle coming at high speed in the same lane. He pulled to the left lane but so did the motorcyclist.

The motor cycle slammed into the back of the car, sending it off the road. Both bike and rider ended up in the middle of the intersection.

Mr. Mc Millan died on the spot.

The driver of the vehicle and his two passengers were taken to hospital for treatment.
