It is the responsibility of Parliamentarians to assist countries affected by natural disasters.

This is the view of Dr. Lystra Fletcher-Paul, who spoke on the Opening Day of a Two Day Parliamentarian Retreat at the Hyatt.

The retreat saw Parliamentarians from across the region discussing topics ranging from Food Security to Health Security.
