Planning Minister: PP Giveaway Of Leases For Prime Land In Chaguaramas Contravenes CDA Act

Weeks before the 2015 General Elections, the PP Government gave away 15 leases for prime acres of land in Chaguaramas.

At least four of these leases are in contravention of the Chaguaramas Development Authority Act of 1974.

The details from Minister of Planning and Development, Camille Robinson-Regis, on Wednesday came following the Prime Minister's revelation on Sunday that Government had recovered significant State land in Chaguaramas.
