T&T Looks At Partnership With Facebook

Minister of Planning and Development, Camille Robinson-Regis, has called for Facebook to establish a regional hub, with headquarters in Trinidad.

She explained the Ministry had partnered with Facebook to enhance digital skills within the country and region.

The Minister was speaking at the launch of Facebook's Connect Americas Challenge: You Learn, You Endeavour at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Port of Spain.

The event is a part of the Ministry's Global Services Promotion Programme.
