Two In Court For Tobago Murder

Two men have appeared before a Scarborough Magistrate, charged with the murder of Dave Vincent on October 31st.

Terrence Jamal Paul, 38, a rigger of Bando Trace in Claxton Bay, and Shameal Mohammed-Ali, 34, a labourer of Roping Road in Carapichaima, appeared before Magistrate Alexander Prince in the Scarborough Magistrates' Court to answer the charge.

The matter was adjourned to Tuesday December 5th.

Mr. Vincent, a 56 year old PH taxi driver of San Fernando who resided at Les Coteaux in Tobago, was found in his vehicle along Golden Grove Road, Buccoo with gunshot wounds about the body.

He was a person of interest to detectives in Trinidad for a 2014 homicide, which was actively being investigated.

Paul and Mohammed-Ali were charged on Monday following advice from Director of Public Prosecutions, Senior Counsel Roger Gaspard.
