Brenda King of the European Economic and Social Committee says she's disappointed that there was no representative from CARIFORUM or CARICOM at the Third Meeting of the CARIFORUM-EU Consultative Committee.

The meeting was held to further discuss the Economic Partnership Agreement Draft Agenda.

The CARIFORUM EU Consultative Committee was established with the task and responsibility of assisting the Joint Council to promote dialogue and cooperation between representatives of organisations of civil society.

Ms. King said they were very interested in further creating linkages among the stakeholders.
