AG Says Taxes Will Not Cripple Gaming Industry

Attorney General, Faris Al-Rawi, says the claims by the gaming sector that increased taxes will crumble the industry are simply not true.

The AG was speaking at a PNM constituency meeting in the Diego Martin West Constituency on Sunday evening.

He said workers were being abused by the business owners who were parading them in order to spread the lie that the industry could not afford the increased taxes imposed in the October 2nd Budget.
