Another Locust Invasion In Moruga

Locusts are holding a community in South Trinidad to ransom.

They landed in the St. Mary's area of Moruga in an HDC settlement, and residents say that they cannot leave their homes.

C News was told they called for assistance from the authorities, but did not get any solid assurances.
