Big Ticket Projects In Tobago Get The Go-Ahead

THA Chief Secretary, Kelvin Charles, says the PNM administration in Tobago has been working quietly, and getting the job done.

At Sunday’s PNM Annual Convention at Shaw Park, Mr. Charles reported on some of his administration’s achievements since he took office in January.
